Every monument tells a story. Every memorial honors a life. This is the foundation upon which our craft was built.
Our story begins in Ukraine, where granite quarries shaped the landscape and the art of stone craftsmanship was passed down through generations. From childhood, I was immersed in the world of granite processing and monument creation—learning that this work required not just skill, but reverence.

Since 1978, I’ve dedicated myself to the delicate art of hand-chiseling letters and engraving portraits on monuments. Each detail matters because we understand that these aren’t simply stones—they are tributes to lives lived, memories cherished, and legacies preserved.
In 1992, my family and I emigrated to the United States, carrying with us decades of expertise and a deep respect for this sacred craft. I immediately began working with a local monument company, but knew in my heart that I wanted to serve families with the level of care and quality they truly deserved.
By 1994, I established my own monument manufacturing business. The early years required sacrifice—working multiple jobs to support my family while building something meaningful. Pizza delivery, vacuum cleaner sales, water filter demonstrations—whatever was needed to keep the vision alive.
In 2000, my sons joined me, and together we expanded into granite countertops. Over the years, “Artistic Stone Monuments” has become a trusted name recognized across multiple states—built on a simple promise: we focus on quality, not quantity.
